What to tell us when you get in touch

Four things turn an enquiry into a confirmed booking in one exchange rather than five: your dates, how many people, which apartment you are considering, and your flight number if you are flying in.

The flight number matters more than people expect. Give it and the driver watches the flight rather than a clock — on this route arrivals are frequently late, and a transfer booked against a time will not be there when you land.

If you are not sure which apartment fits, say what the trip is for instead. We will tell you honestly, including when a resort or somewhere in Entebbe would suit you better than we would.

When we reply

WhatsApp is answered around the clock, usually within minutes. The office line is staffed during business hours in East Africa Time, which is UTC+3 all year — Uganda has no daylight saving, so the offset never moves.

Email is answered within one working day. If something is urgent and you have emailed, follow it with a WhatsApp message rather than waiting.
